DIDJERIROO

$75.00

The didjeridoo is a traditional Aboriginal musical instrument which is made from hollow tree trunk, often found naturally hollowed out by ants. The player blows into it with a circular breathing technique and makes animal sounds to accompany the corroboree when we do group dancing. The dances tell a story. Didjeridoos often have paintings on them and this one has a uniquely Australian animal, the kangaroo or roo painted on it which is why I have made the play on words in the title – didjeriroo.
